Electronic waste is an “Urban Mine” that holds billions of $ of metal value. Only 22.3% of the 62 million tons of e-waste is recycled. Traditional methods of recycling are not eco-friendly, or cost-effective. At Thunderbolt Tech we harness the power of urban mining to transform waste into valuable resources.
We think it’s time for a new way
Our technology uses high-voltage electrical pulses in a low energy plasma field to break down e-waste to a molecular sludge. It eliminates the environmental hazards of leaching or incineration. We aim at achieving a near-total mineral recovery efficiency.
